Church Partnership

Partnership with churches in the area is important to the work of Trafford YFC. We are seeking to reach young people with the gospel and help them grow in faith. We want to partner with churches in this. The nature of the work we do only allows us to help young people develop to a certain point; that's when the church needs to step in. We want to see young people joining youth groups, becoming part of the church and growing in Christ. Church partnership is vital to see our vision fulfilled.

There are a number of ways in which your church could partner with Trafford YFC:

Prayer is first and foremost in all we do. Could you pray for us with your congregation, during services or prayer meetings? We have a monthly prayer diary and a bi-monthly newsletter which are full of updates of what we are doing. If you feel you can help us in this way to send us an email.

Does your church have mission outlook services or gift days? Are you looking for a guest speaker for your youth group? We are able to come along to your church for these and more. We can do quick presentations of the work we do or showcase some of the things we offer to schools, youth groups and so on. We have a number of resources available for use within youth groups. All resources are high quality material written with the busy youth worker or church minister in mind. Leaders can adapt the material for their individual groups and run regular activities with the minimum amount of preparation. To find out more about our resources

Trafford YFC is a charity and so our funds come only through the gifts of individuals and churches. Would your church consider hosting a gift day for Trafford YFC or perhaps make a one-off donation? You could partner with us financially by giving regularly through a standing order or maybe members of your congregation would prayerfully consider giving themselves.
